Upon submitting your inquiry form, a member of our staff will reach out to directly to get you set up with your Coach.

Part 02

Learn Our Elements or Jump Right In

Our program design doesn’t have a start and a finish. We are ready for you to jump right in any day of the week. If you’re not quite ready for that, our coaches will walk your through personal session to introduce the elements of The Sandlot.

Part 03

Join the Community

Now that you’ve got an idea of what track is best for you. Our coaches will get you all set up for this life changing decision. Our coaches will help you with your membership, walk you through our progress tracking app, and make sure you are ready to grind, conquer, and compete with your old self.

Part 04

Build your Schedule

Now that you’re set up. Our 6 day program will guarantee the results you desire all you have to do is train 5-6 days a week, eat clean, and sleep. Our coaches will guide you through what class will work best for your schedule, how to work in recovery, and the power of proper nutrition.
