The Sandlot ("we," "us") operates sandlotdsm.com and The Sandlot gym at 4825 E.P. True Pkwy, Suite 104, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you give us: usually your name, phone number, email, ZIP code and answers to a few questions such as your goals and preferred class times. When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners (Google and Meta) collect standard information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, using cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
To contact you about the program or membership you asked about, schedule your visit, send appointment reminders, and, if you join, manage your membership and billing. We also use it to understand which ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the gym and contact you: our gym management software (Wodify), our customer messaging and scheduling system (HighLevel/LeadConnector), payment processors, and Google and Meta for website analytics and ad measurement. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Merch purchases are made directly with Spreadshirt (Spreadshop), and their privacy policy covers those orders.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@sandlotdsm.com or calling (515) 303-3288. You can also turn off cookies in your browser.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Children
Our website and programs are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
