Grind. ConQuer. Compete.
Grind
For anyone that is ready to put their head down and get to work. Goals may include losing a few pounds, becoming comfortable in your body, enjoying a good sweat, or even just getting back into (and staying in…) that favorite pair of jeans you like. You’re eager to learn and embrace the concept there is no substitute for hard work. You’ve got to GRIND.
Conquer
This path is centered around a growth mindset. You look forward to applying new skills and abilities into the other aspects of your life. Think performance. Goals may include joining a local competition, improving your pickup sports game, or just crushing a softball into deep right field and out of the park. CONQUER the skill.
COMPETE
You’ve “forged the axe,” you’ve learned the technique, now its time to sharpen it up. This path is geared towards those that push a little harder when the voice in your head claims you’ve done enough. Looking to improve time, scores, and master every skill. COMPETE to be the best version of yourself and we will get you on a podium.
