Sounds tough, is it for me?

The CONQUER program is the sharpening of the blade. The workouts start implementing skills or weights to help athletes begin the process of leveling up. Kinesthetic awareness or the ability to know where your body is at in space is crucial for balance and athletic growth. Everyone started all skills in life with a Day 1. This is a perfect place to have your “Day 1.” Learn to flirt with being uncomfortable, develop new abilities you didn’t know you had, level up your life and create a mindset in which you can conquer anything.


What will it help me with?

The skill development aspect is one of the most transferrable facets of The Sandlot system. Any athlete on this track can expect in increase in overall performance. Love playing pickleball? Say hello to faster feet and reaction time. Are you a weekend warrior for 5ks? All of a sudden your paced will increase, and you might find you can drive up hills that used to kick your butt. You’ll still look incredible and apply our foundations to stay pain free, but this version of yourself will use a growth mindset to pull ahead of the pack by becoming better in every aspect of your life.
