We will help you develop the confidence to conquer the uncomfortable and seek growth through learning. Shoudld I Grind?

First day or 5 years of experience, anyone can GRIND. Our coaches facilitate self-discovery of goals. The Grind program is a track that encourages athletes to develop confidence. We always need the ability to stand, lift things up, run, jump, or get up when we play with our families. Grinding not only ensures we have these abilities but will create a healthy pain free life. With vitality in mind, this program will make you look great, feel like a million bucks, and provide a sense of community rivaled by none.


Can you give me an example?

The GRIND program enforces the necessity of functional fitness throughout our day. Our coaches will teach you the proper way to strength train. Learn to squat, deadlift, press and ramp up the engine that is your cardiovascular system. Each workout can be tailored to your specific abilities and we guarantee it will set you on the path to the fittest version of yourself.

 

CONQuer.

 
 

Sounds tough, is it for me?

The CONQUER program is the sharpening of the blade. The workouts start implementing skills or weights to help athletes begin the process of leveling up. Kinesthetic awareness or the ability to know where your body is at in space is crucial for balance and athletic growth. Everyone started all skills in life with a Day 1. This is a perfect place to have your “Day 1.” Learn to flirt with being uncomfortable, develop new abilities you didn’t know you had, level up your life and create a mindset in which you can conquer anything.


What will it help me with?

The skill development aspect is one of the most transferrable facets of The Sandlot system. Any athlete on this track can expect in increase in overall performance. Love playing pickleball? Say hello to faster feet and reaction time. Are you a weekend warrior for 5ks? All of a sudden your paced will increase, and you might find you can drive up hills that used to kick your butt. You’ll still look incredible and apply our foundations to stay pain free, but this version of yourself will use a growth mindset to pull ahead of the pack by becoming better in every aspect of your life.

What is the Competition?

Interested in becoming the baddest version of yourself you’ve ever seen? The Sandlot COMPETE track is centered around all of our core values with a bias on producing high end, medal winning results. You’ll apply all the knew found knowledge you’ve gained thus far and really dial in your technique, fitness, and performance. Essentially, you’ve built the engine, fine tuned the race car, now its time to take that bad boy out for a spin. You will find your way to the top of a podium at local competitions, run faster in races, lift heavier than ever before, and put the previous version of yourself well into the rear view mirror.


Can anyone compete?

Absolutely. Although many of our standards during the workouts increase when you reach the compete track, everyone is welcome to harness this mindset. Healthy competition is the foundation of improving, so long as the focus is to compete against the one person that matters. YOU. Age, gender, or sport, our compete track is purely about honing in on what you need to beat your previous best.
